The track is the follow-up to her excruciating viral hit 'Friday'

Rebecca Black is once again a viral star after unveiling the music video for her track 'Saturday'.

The song is the follow-up to her excruciating viral hit 'Friday'. You can watch the video, if you really want to, by scrolling down the page and clicking 'play'. The video was posted by the singer on Twitter yesterday (December 7) and has had over 2million views already.

Posting the link to the promo, she tweeted[2] : "IT IS HERE. YES. THE OFFICIAL SEQUEL TO FRIDAY. I PRESENT TO YOU, SATURDAY."

Black had a troubled time around the release of 'Friday' in 2011, and was forced to leave high school and have lessons at home after suffering bullying from her classmates. At the time, ABC News[3] reported that her classmates would persistently sing the lyrics to 'Friday' to her whenever she walked by and even had the cheek to ask her what day it was.

She said of the 'bullying': "When I walk by they'll start singing 'Friday' in a really nasally voice. Or, you know, they'll be like, 'Oh hey, Rebecca, guess what day it is?'"

Black's mother has also said that home schooling will give her daughter more time to focus on her career and that the family have also hired a bodyguard to protect her safety. The singer also said she had always wanted to famous, admitting, "I was one of those little girls who practiced signing autographs since I was five years old."
