What a circus! Britney Spears' dress nearly fell off her body in what may be the best wardrobe malfunction of the year.
While performing "Circus" at her Las Vegas show Saturday, Spears danced in a tight sequin dress, but apparently didn't have the time to zip it up in the back. As she twirled and cautiously dipped, Spears' dancers frantically tried to fix the malfunction before it became a total catastrophe.

Spears’ dancers quickly jumped into action trying to help the pop star get her outfit zipped up.

The entire incident was caught on camera as one fan captured it and posted an Instagram video.

The unzipped dress caught the eyes of dancers, who noticed Spears was about to fall out of her outfit.
Brit did her best to stay professional through it all and continued singing, but there was no denying that she was stressed about the situation as she had a panicked look on her face.

Although rumors indicate the 32-year-old singer lip-synched in her Vegas showcase, it doesn't seem to detract fans and celebs from attending. By the looks of it, Spears' Sin City performance is full of surprises and sure to please.
