Steven Seagal is probably best known for his martial arts moves on the big screen, but he has also been involved with law enforcement as well. He has been known to train the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department in Phoenix Arizona, and now he may even be looking to run for governor too. Seagals close ties with the famous Sheriff Joe Arpaio might give him some close connections in Arizona, and his fame in Hollywood may also give him the recognition he would need to win the voter’s choice as governor in Arizona.
Perhaps Seagal has enjoyed his time in Arizona so much that he plans to stay and take over the whole place. Seagal has been in Arizona recently filming a reality crime series titled “Steven Seagal Lawman: Maricopa County.” The show is a continuation of his previous seasons of his cable TV show Lawman. The show depicts Steven Seagal leading real law enforcement officers on manhunts for criminals and fugitives.
The news is not yet official about whether Seagal thinks he can roundhouse kick Governor Jan Brewer out of her office in Arizona, but Seagal has apparently been giving it a lot of thought. Steven Seagal[1] personally feels that one of the biggest problems that our country currently faces is our open border with Mexico. Being in charge of one of the neighboring states, perhaps Seagal will help come up with a plan to minimize the amount of people, drugs, guns, crime, and violence that spills over from our Southern borders.
Most people who were alive in the late 1980′s and early 1990′s may remember Steven Seagal’s acting and martial arts from blockbuster movies, but lately his career has been less mainstream in the US, despite getting some success overseas.
