Shia LaBeouf (l.) posted a cease and desist letter from Daniel Clowes’ lawyer following the actor's skywritten apology for accusations of plagiarism.

In a bizarre turn from his sky-written apology[1] to graphic novel author Daniel Clowes[2] after a plagiarism accusation, Shia LaBeouf[3] doesn't appear to be very sorry.

The "Nymphomaniac" actor, 27, posted scanned copies of a cease and desist letter he allegedly received from Daniel Clowes' lawyers to his Twitter page, after tweeting that he's working on more borrowed work from the cartoonist.

The letter accuses LaBeouf of another act of copyright infringement after the actor tweeted about a "storyboard" for his next short film, "Daniel Boring" - which is an apparent reimagining of Clowes' own comic series "David Boring."

It is unclear whether LaBeouf was being serious about his next project, though he seems to be mocking Clowes' legal team by posting the serious letter.

In the text, the lawyer asks that LaBeouf stop his apparent campaign to expose and "ridicule" Clowes.

On Twitter, the "Transformers" actor has also been posting tongue-in-cheek "apologies" and definitions of what he considers works of art and plagiarism.

Clowes' lawyer calls also the actor "out of control" in his letter to LaBeouf's reps, and demands that he "take all necessary and appropriate steps to redress his wrongs."
