LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

“I’m a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself but I’ve found it hard to practice,” the 26-year-old singer said in a statement, announcing she had entered a treatment facility.
The singer’s treatment will last for a month.

“I’ll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder… to learn to love myself again. Exactly as I am,” she continued.
Ke$ha is reportedly being treated at Timberline Knolls,[2] outside of Chicago.
On New Year’s Eve, she Tweeted[3] , “cheers to this year being the best year ever. 2014 gon be the year of truth and freedom.”
