HitFix reports that despite the recent reveal that Anna Paquin's Rogue[1] was pushed out from X-Men: Days of Future Past in Bryan Singer's initial cut of the film, there's a chance the actress may actually still appear. Last November, a report surfaced that Days of Future Past was returning to Canada for reshoots [see HERE[2] ]. Singer quickly clarified that he and his crew were returning to Montreal for pick-ups (additional filming) not to film a scene over again [see HERE[3] ]. Well, HitFix now reports that actual reshoots are on the horizon for the seventh X-Men film and that there's a chance Rogue could be worked back into the film during those reshoots.

I'm leaning towards the notion that Rogue will have an appearance in the film. Keep in mind, Paquin appeared at Comic-Con with the full cast and was featured in the first trailer. It would be very strange for the Academy Award winning actress to suddenly find herself out of the film. Also, look back at some of your favorite superhero movies and think about the plethora of scenes that were shown in trailers and tv spots that weren't actually in the finished film. The director of the film didn't make a big announcement that those scenes were cut well BEFORE the film was released. Something smells fishy here.
