Former Gossip Girl[1] star Leighton Meester[2] is set to marry boyfriend Adam Brody[3] after less than a year of dating.
According to Wonderwall[4] , the couple celebrated their engagement on November 10 with a Los Angeles party for friends and family.
A source also confirmed the news to Us Weekly, which broke the news that the couple were an item back in February.
The couple worked together on 2011 movie "The Oranges" and started seeing each other earlier this year.
"Leighton and Adam are crazy about each other and have talked about getting married eventually," another source told Star magazine. "But she had no idea when he would propose so soon! It was the surprise of her life and she's ecstatic!"
The marriage will be the first for both stars.
