Rapping supremo Kanye West has reportedly spent a fortune on high heels on a shopping trip in Beverly Hills.
Kanye West has been shopping up a storm at the exclusive Barneys New York in L.A., an employee revealed to In Touch magazine. So is Kim Kardashian going to be very happy come Christmas morning, or is the Yeezus star just looking for inspiration for his own fashion line?
The source revealed to In Touch: “Kanye dropped over $20,000 on women’s shoes [...] He could’ve bought them because he’s starting a women’s shoe line and he wants some ideas, but it seemed like he was buying them for Kim.”

Fans of the show Keeping Up With The Kardashians will remember that Kanye recieved a bit of flack when he appeared to be changing Kim's style. In 2012, the couple faced criticism for their fashion choices, with people pointing the finger at 'controlling' West. In one episode, the rapper even threw out Kim's old clobber and replaced it with brand new items.
"[You're] getting on best dressed lists now,' he raved. "You're stepping into this territory. You look amazing - it's a new Kim!"

But no one was impressed when the usually beautiful Kim stepped out wearing a pair of Kanye West for Giuseppe Zanotti heels. The leather and pearl encrusted shoes looked very bulky and failed to flatter Kim's curvy figure.
