Michael Jackson's mother isn't finished with AEG Live bosses - she has filed court papers requesting a new wrongful death trial.
Katherine Jackson's first attempt to prove the promoters were to blame for her son's death in 2009 ended in failure when a jury ruled in favour of the concert company in October (13) after a lengthy trial.
She filed an appeal challenging the ruling last month (Nov13), and now she's calling for a second trial, according to TMZ.com.
Katherine still maintains AEG bosses negligently hired Dr. Conrad Murray to care for her son as he prepared for his This Is It concerts in London. Murray was ultimately convicted of killing the singer with a fatal dose of Propofol.
The doctor served two years behind bars and was released last month (Nov13).
In her latest filing, Katherine claims jury misconduct and general procedural errors tainted the trial, and she insists new evidence will help her eventually win the case.
