Beyoncé Knowles was announced as this year's most-searched person in the U.S. on Bing Monday. Queen Bey stole the reigns from Kim Kardashian, who held the title in 2012 and 2010.

The "Single Ladies" singer had a big year after returning from giving birth to her daughter, Blue Ivy. With her performance at President Barack Obama's inauguration, the Super Bowl performance that reunited her with her Destiny's Child group members, the worldwide Mrs Carter Show World Tour and an HBO documentary revealing details of her family life with husband Jay Z and their baby, Queen Bey commanded attention.
