Katherine Jackson alleges jury misconduct and general procedural errors were at play in her trial against AEG Live[1] .

Michael Jackson[2] ’s mother lost her wrongful death case against the concert-promoting giant in October.

According to TMZ, the matriarch has filed legal documents asking for another chance to convince a jury the firm was responsible for Michael’s 2009 death.

Katherine reportedly claims new evidence has emerged that will help her attorneys win the case. She also claims jury misconduct and general procedural errors were at play, the outlet reports.

A judge has yet to rule on the request.

Katherine filed suit against AEG in 2010 on behalf of herself and her son's three children, Prince, 16, Paris[3] , 15, and Blanket Jackson[4] .

She accused executives at the firm of acting negligently by hiring Conrad Murray[5] to provide care for the singer during his ill-fated This Is It concert series in London[6] .

The former physician was sentenced to four years behind bars at the Los Angeles[7] County men's jail for involuntary manslaughter after a court found he administered the fatal dose of anaesthetic propofol to Michael as a sleep aid. He was released in October.

After AEG was cleared, Katherine’s lawyers said they would “consider further legal options”.

Her legal team has yet to publicly comment on the claims.
