Stores are preparing for the onslaught of frenzied shoppers.
Brass Monkey and MaRozie's local boutiques in Twin Falls are showcasing the latest and greatest winter trends in the fashion world.
"One good thing about the holidays… you get to glitz up a bit," explains Kindsey Ringenberg, owner of The Brass Monkey.
The statements to make this winter season are those of basic prints, pleather accents, and lots of layers.
"Also classic patterns are huge. Classic patterns include leopard, herringbone, anything like that is a huge thing for this season,” Ringenberg says.
"So what you might start seeing is the leather or what most people would call the pleather," adds Tiffany Catmull, owner of MaRozie
These new looks are versatile and they'll keep you warm as temperatures drop.
But, there are some winter accessories that will never be out of style.
“Stocking stuffers, there's a lot of good stuff that we're going to be getting in, scarfs, the boot socks, we might be getting in some cute mittens,” Catmull says.
