Malin Akerman has reportedly split from her husband Robert Zincone, who she has been in a relationship with for ten years and welcomed son Sebastian with seven months ago.
The Trophy Wife actress tied the knot with her musician beau, who is the drummer for the Pedalstones, six years ago.
Malin and Robert are said to be good friends as they focus on raising their child though.
"It's as amicable as can be, and they want to do what's best for their son," an insider told Us Weekly magazine.
However the 35-year-old purportedly has no current plans to file for divorce as they remain romantically separate.

Swedish-Canadian Malin is understandably upset about everything alleges another pal, which is why she has not spoken about the split.
"No one has plans to file yet," a second source added.
"Honestly, Malin is not even ready to discuss it. It's a very sad time for her."
Back in September Malin told Us that she and he spouse hadn’t had one single fight in their relationship and that they always speak about their problems instead.
The couple only welcomed their first baby in April[1] which they look after in their Los Angeles home.
