Instagram Justin Bieber[1] could really use a (long) stroke of good luck.
After nabbing the award[2] for Best Male at the MTV Europe Awards Sunday, the "Boyfriend" crooner revealed he had come down with a bad case of food poisoning.
"Sitting here with food poisoning and heard we won #bestmale at the #EMAs. Thanks everyone," he tweeted[3] Sunday.
The singer was scheduled to perform the next leg of his "Believe" tour in Argentina today, where he got into a bit of a bind Saturday after he was reportedly kicked out[4] of his hotel because of rowdy fans camped out outside.

"Argentina been a rough day but the show must go on. I'm coming," he went on. "This sucks. #sick food poisoning."
The Biebs latest stroke of bad luck comes after he was charged[6] with vandalism for spray painting graffiti in Rio de Janeiro. Before that, he was filmed sleeping in bed[7] by a Brazilian woman—which went viral in less than 24 hours.
And this isn't the first time he's dealt with tummy troubles.
The pop star also had quite the stomachache[8] in Belgium before a concert earlier this year, and infamously threw up[9] on stage during a performance in Glendale, Calif. in Sept. 2012 after drinking too much milk.
Hopefully, he'll be able to hold it together this time.
