Well, Kim Kardashian[1] did say that one of the first things she did[2] after getting engaged was let baby North West[3] try on her massive rock.
And now the betrothed E! star has provided evidence of just how cute it looks when someone tiny gets a hold of something so big, sharing a photo on Instagram last night of her 6-month-old daughter's little hand holding mom's 15-carat diamond ring.
"It was an amazing year!!!" Kim wrote, a nod to what truly was a life-changing 2013 for her. She and Kanye West[4] welcomed North[5] on June 15 and then he popped the question[6] in epic fashion on Oct. 21.

North, of course, is getting pretty used to fancy things by now. In addition to getting showered with designer gifts for Christmas, she's also got a wee black Lamborghini to match her dad's.
Following the big Christmas bash at Kris Jenner's house, the trio have been on a ski trip in Park City, Utah, with Kourtney Kardashian[8] and Scott Disick[9] , their kids and Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch Kris Jenner[10] .
The adults toasted marshmallows and made s'mores[11] over an outdoor fire pit with the kids on Monday. Kim also bundled up in a fur-trimmed jacket and hit the slopes[12] with Kourtney, and Mason and Penelope's mom stepped into town for a little retail therapy[13] with Kris as well.
And it sounds as if the cozy, low-key fun continued on New Year's Eve.
"I hope everyone has a safe New Years tonight! Nothing better than spending it with family & friends playing board games ;-)" Kim tweeted[14] .
