Basketball legend Michael Jordan has cause to jump for joy as he and his wife Yvonne Prieto are expecting their first child together.
A representative for the 50-year-old retired athlete confirmed to Us Weekly magazine that he and his supermodel spouse are indeed expecting.
Michael and Yvonne, 34, married in Palm Beach, Florida on April 27 in a lavish wedding at the Episcopal Church of Bethesda-By-The Sea Church. Over 300 guests were in attendance including famous buddies Robin Thicke, Usher, Tiger Woods, Patrick Ewing and Spike Lee.
An insider previously told Us that Michael and Yvonne shared their first dance as a married couple to K'Jon's One the Ocean. The basketball star proposed to her in December 2011.

Michael is already father to sons Jeffrey Michael, 24, and Marcus James, 22, and daughter Jasmine, 19 with his first wife Juanita Venoy.
He and Juanita married in 1989 and their nearly two-decade long relationship made history.
They filed for divorce from each other for the first time in 2002, but the pair reconciled shortly after.
Their second divorce attempt was successful and as a result of the final dissolution in 2006 Juanita was allegedly awarded with a $168 million settlement, the largest celebrity divorce agreement on record at the time.
