Kylie Jenner continued her vehicular losing streak Saturday afternoon in Malibu ... getting stopped by an L.A. County Sheriff's deputy and ticketed for a moving violation.
The photog who shot the pic says it was for speeding.
The youngest member of the Kardashian clan has had an eventful first few months of driving -- back in August she caused a 3 car crash [3] ... just 18 days after getting her license.
But she don't care.
