Her hips don't lie and neither does she. Shakira[1] gives a candid interview in the upcoming issue of Glamour [2] , opening up about working with Rihanna[3] and her coaching gig on "The Voice."
"[W]orking with [Rihanna] was utopia. She's the sexiest woman on the planet," the Colombian native says in her February cover issue, which hits newsstands January 14. "And at the end of the day, we're both just basically Caribbean girls. The chemistry was so good and so real. She taught me dance moves. She was a sweet teacher."

"Can't Remember to Forget"[4] is due out January 13. It will be featured on Shakira's upcoming album, which is the follow-up to 2010's Sale el Sol. In addition to new music, she's also slated to return to "The Voice" when the new season kicks off on February 24. It will mark her second turn on the hit NBC show, taking over again with Usher for Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera.
So, does Shakira ever get tired of the boys club at work, which also includes co-judges Adam Levine and Blake Shelton?
"Dealing with boys at work and being the only girl can be challenging," the singer admitted. "I have my insecurities, but I've learned I have to be a good sport. I have to be able to take certain jokes and not take them personally. There are jokes made almost every second of the day. I had to develop a tough hide. You know, the music industry is dominated by guys. I work with men 98 percent of the time — producers, arrangers, musicians, engineers."

With a busy schedule ahead, Shakira told the mag she's not likely to make time to hit the gym. And that's probably not a problem for her boyfriend, Spanish soccer player Gerard Pique[5] , who prefers the mother of his son to be a little curvy.
"At the beginning, [people thought I was too skinny and blonde]. But my man, Gerard, prefers meat over bone. He doesn't like too skinny," she said. "That takes pressure off. I already have a lot to worry about. This month, I'm not exercising because I have an album to finish and I have a baby. And I like these pastries in front of me."
