Here’s the latest marriage[1] news on Khloe Kardashian[2] and Lamar Odom[3] , including Khloe’s divorce deadline, the gay rumors about Lamar and more. This news update is.based on Dec. 11 and Dec 10 news reports from EntertainmentWise[4] , Show Biz Spy[5] , Radar Online[6] , Latin Post[7] , and several other media outlets and celebrity[8] gossip sites.
- Khloe Sets a Divorce Deadline
Khloe Kardashian has finally established a time frame for divorcing her estranged husband Lamar. She wants her divorce to be finalized before Kim Kardashian and Kanye West walk down the aisle. Although it’s been 17 days and counting since Khloe has worn her wedding ring, sources say Khloe is in no rush to permanently sever all ties with her ex. See Khloe Kardashian’s Cryptic Message Confuses Everyone, Including Lamar[9] . Khloe’s main concern is that she wants to be divorced before Kim and Kanye’s wedding day. That way she’ll avoid having any negative energy or being in a bad place mentally when Kim and Kanye tie the knot.
Khloe has already given Lamar a heads-up that he will not be invited to the wedding. Lamar is not surprised or concerned that he will not be included among Kim and Kanye’s wedding guests.
- Lamar Odom Rumored to be Gay
There is a rumor going around that Lamar Odom is gay based on a video he made which surfaced about three weeks ago.
In the video, Lamar and his friend Jamie Sangouthai are standing in front of the camera clowning around with their shirts off, performing a rap duet and just joking around having fun. Lamar admits that he was drunk when the video was filmed. At one point in the video, Lamar can be heard slurring his words and as he says “And when Khloe’s out of town, I still be on the DL.”
DL is slang for “down low” which is simply a reference for doing something behind someone’s back, or on the sly. But someone has zeroed in on the alternate meaning of the word which refers to a man who acts straight secretly sleeps with men, and has tried to pin that label on Lamar. Now Khloe is grasping at straws trying to link this twisted “down low” reference to her sex life with Lamar. A source reportedly said of Khloe
“She never understood why Lamar lost interest in having sex with her earlier this year, but if he’s living a secret gay life, that could explain it.
Khloe was so devastated by Lamar’s infidelity that she was willing to latch onto anything to justify why Lamar cheated on her rather than admit the truth. That’s how the drug rumors about Lamar Odom got started. It was a Kardashian clan attempt to justify Lamar’s multiple affairs (he must have been high on drugs if he cheated on his loving wife) and to get revenge on Lamar for humiliating Khloe – the usual Kardashian clan smear campaign. - Khloe and Lamar Avoid Each Other at Jay Z’s Concert
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom Both attended Jay-Z’s concert in Los Angeles last night. But the estranged couple did not arrive or leave together, nor did they communicate or cross paths with each other while they were there. There was no interaction between Lamar and his wife and it’s not even clear if each knew the other was there.
Turning the occasion into a Guys night out, Lamar was in the company of his father, Joe Odom, and several male friends. He and his entourage watched Jay Z’s performance from a private VIP suite at the Staples Center.
Khloe sat in a different section of the arena with two female friends, Malika Haqq and Nicki Minaj.
There was no interaction between Lamar and his wife and it’s not even clear whether or not each knew the other was there. Eye witnesses who saw them said they both looked downcast.
