The 'High School Musical' star reportedly suffers from broken jaw and gash after he fell at the entrance of his house.

experienced a nasty fall, causing a gash and broken jaw, E! News reports. The incident took place at the entrance of his Los Angeles house over the weekend. The 26-year-old star slipped in a puddle of water.
According to the report, the "" actor needed stitches for the gash and now his mouth is wired shut. Efron is expected to make full recovery soon.
Plans to promote his new flick "" apparently will be postponed following the incident. Efron is joined by other stars such as , and in the comedy flick. Telling a story of three men who promise to maintain their single status, "That Awkward Moment" will be released on January 31.
Last month, Efron was seen at Callaway Golf Center in Carlsbad, Calif. during his birthday. Sporting casual outfit which consisted of blue t-shirt and jeans, Efron practiced his swing accompanied by his father and some friends. Last week, the "" actor attended a Vanity Fair event in West Hollywood.
