Heavily pregnant Jennifer Love Hewitt and Brian Hallisay are seen out and about in New York City on Aug. 23. The couple welcomed a baby girl on Tuesday and revealed they got married.

The actress gave birth Tuesday after secretly wedding her former "The Client List" costar, Brian Hallisay, in a private ceremony a rep told Us Weekly.[2] [3]

The baby was named Autumn James Hallisay and is both Hewitt and Hallisay's first child.

Hewitt first announced her pregnancy in June, one day before also confirming that she and Hallisay, 35, were engaged following a trip to Italy in May.

Details of their secret nuptials were not disclosed by a Hewitt rep.


The 34-year-old actress was spotted in October at a baby shower featuring multi-colored balloons at the Hotel Bel-Air, E! News reported.[6] [7]

The then-mom-to-be said she hoped to keep the gender of the baby a secret until the delivery day.


Hewitt and Hallisay have been dating since 2012 after reconnecting on the recently canceled Lifetime show, "The Client List," where Hallisay played Hewitt's husband.


They first met while working on an NBC flop called "Love Bites."
