Giada De Laurentiis[1] had a bloody accident go down live on Food Network today. On Nov. 23, Radar Online[2] reported that today during the live Thanksgiving show Giada was slicing up a turkey roll she made when she ended up slicing her finger pretty bad.
This bloody accident was pretty shocking. She got white, looked like she could faint, and did whisper that it was pretty bad. They did decide to go to a commercial at that point and then when they returned she was gone. Giada went off to get medical attention and take care of herself.
Giada De Laurentiis handled it like a champ though. After about 15 minutes, they were able to get her finger to stop bleeding and she came back to the set to be on the show with a bandage on her own. It was great to see her get right back to work. She even shared a picture of her finger on Instagram that you can see here[3] .
