Actor Alec Baldwin leaves his home Wednesday smiling after another wild day at the trial of his alleged stalker.

It began with a romantic drive through Central Park and ended with forbidden fruit.

That’s how the actress on trial for stalking Alec Baldwin described her Valentine’s Day “dream date” with the “30 Rock” star three years ago.

“It was a beautiful, romantic evening,” Genevieve Sabourin testified Wednesday in Manhattan Criminal Court. “It was more than romantic. It was perfect.”

Sabourin said Baldwin had promised her “a night to remember,” and it began when he picked her up about 7:30 p.m. from the sumptuous Lowell Hotel on E. 63rd St.

“When I came out he just presented his arm and it was very warm, it was a very beautiful, romantic evening from that moment,” she said.

They drove through the park “very slowly with the car because I told him that’s what I love the most in New York,” she testified.

Afterward, Sabourin said, they headed to Times Square to see the play “Time Stands Still,” and Baldwin took her backstage, where he introduced her to Alicia Silverstone and some of the other stars.

Then they were off to Elio’s restaurant on the Upper East Side for an intimate dinner by candlelight.

Genevieve Sabourin was found in contempt of court Wednesday after yelling out in court after repeated warnings. She even went after the press on her way into court.

Sabourin said she sipped Chardonnay. He stuck to water. And they ate off each other’s plates.

Then it was back to the Lowell for a nightcap.

Once there, it got “even more personal and even more intimate and he kissed me,” she testified. “And for me, I was already charmed by my evening and my Valentine’s date.”

One thing led to another, said Sabourin, and “we made love.”

Asked by her lawyer how she felt, Sabourin gushed.

“I felt at the right place in my life at the right time with the right guy,” she said.

“We made all kinds of promises. And he told me he would love to wake up every morning with me in his arms.”

But in the morning, Sabourin said, Baldwin was gone — although he left behind a note bearing an email address where she could reach him.
